They began their career as an engineering apprentice in the Royal Air Force, specializing in propulsion and mechanical engineering. Over the years, Luke has held various management roles, including Operations Manager at Quartzelec Limited and Aftermarket Manager at Weir Engineering Services. With a Master's degree in Business and Management and Six Sigma qualifications, Luke is dedicated to continuous improvement and operational excellence within the industry.
