Ranjith R is an experienced Operations and Maintenance Manager with over a decade at NOMAC, where responsibilities include managing asset performance and condition monitoring for rotating and static equipment, revising preventive maintenance plans, executing maintenance activities, and optimizing costs. Ranjith has demonstrated leadership in transitioning from preventive to predictive maintenance and has significantly improved plant equipment reliability.
