Jônatas Amin

Jônatas Amin has a diverse range of work experience. Jônatas recently worked at Nomad as a Product Marketing Manager and also performed roles as an Account Manager and Business Development Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Husky as a Business Analyst. Jônatas also worked at Opdv as a Technical Support Analyst, where they provided second-level customer support and deployment support. Jônatas was responsible for POS installation and configuration, technical support to the team, and analysis of incidents. Before that, they were an Implementation Technical Success Manager at Goomer, where they configured environments and provided technical support for partner management systems integration. Jônatas also worked at SHX as an Infrastructure Analyst, where they administered Linux servers, managed databases, and configured VPN and VNC connections. Previously, they interned at SHX as an IT Intern, gaining experience in network administration and PostgreSQL database administration. Jônatas started their career as a Network Technician at Claro Brasil, primarily focused on customer technical assistance and troubleshooting computer networks. Jônatas Amin has a bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Univesp Oficial, which they obtained from 2021 to 2024. Before that, they pursued a degree in Information Security Technology from Fatec Araraquara, from 2018 to 2021. Prior to their time at Fatec Araraquara, they completed a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Paulista between 2015 and 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Jônatas has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Jônatas holds an EFSET English Certificate C1 Advanced from EF Standard English Test, acquired in October 2022. In May 2021, they completed a course on Emotional Intelligence from Escola Conquer. Jônatas also obtained a certification in Windows Server 2016: Installation and Administration from Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Rio Grande do Sul in July 2020. Other certifications include Web Programming with Django Framework - from basics to advanced from Udemy Brasil in October 2019, Data Science: Data Visualization with Python from Prof. Diego Mariano in September 2019, and Agility and Scrum - Getting Started from Fatec Araraquara in October 2018.
