Pedro Oshika

Pedro Oshika has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Pedro started their career as a Development Intern at Softway in 2004. Pedro then worked at Instituto de Pesquisas Eldorado for nearly a decade, taking on roles as a Technical Leader, Architect, and Developer. In 2013, Pedro co-founded Zetacorp and served as an Architect, Developer, and Co-founder until 2015. Pedro then joined iFood as a Software Development Consultant before being promoted to Software Engineering Manager. During their time at iFood, Pedro managed various engineering teams and spearheaded the development of backoffice systems, the delivery experience squad, and the first restaurant-focused tribe. In 2018, they briefly worked at SinDelantal.mx as part of the Product & Engineering team before returning to iFood as the Head of Engineering. Pedro currently works at Nomad as part of the Engineering team, starting in December 2019.
