Samara Rizzo has had a diverse range of work experience in customer service and operations roles. Samara started their career in 2014 as an Agente de Atendimento at AlmavivA do Brasil, where they worked until 2014. In 2015, they joined Atento as an Agente de Atendimento ao Cliente for a short period of time before moving on to a role as Estagiária de Automação at hellofood Brasil from November 2015 to March 2016.

After that, Samara worked at Cognizant in various positions. Samara began as an Agente de Atendimento ao Cliente in March 2017 and worked there until October 2018. Samara then transitioned to the role of Analista de Operações from October 2018 to October 2019. Lastly, they became a Team Leader from October 2019 to March 2021.

Following their time at Cognizant, Samara joined Kovi in June 2021 as a Supervisora de Customer Experience, where they remained until August 2022.

Currently, Samara is working as an Analista de Customer Experience at Nomad, starting in March 2023.

From 2020 to 2021, Samara Rizzo attended Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. Samara pursued a Bachelor's degree in Processos Gerenciais during this period.
