Thomas Darnaud has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 2011, they completed a three-month internship at Thales Avionics, where they conducted research on voice command technologies and developed an API for a flight simulator. From 2012 to 2013, they served as a project manager at Junior Entreprise i2c, overseeing multiple projects in web development and interface design. In 2013, they completed a four-month internship at PSA Peugeot Citroën, focusing on the evolution of automotive human-machine interfaces. The following year, they worked as a consultant and responsible for user interface design at Bertin Technologies. Starting from 2014, they undertook a six-month internship at Sopra Group, working on spatialized and intuitive interface representations. Thomas then joined Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi as a system function pilot for multimedia user interfaces. Their responsibilities included designing the interface for voice recognition and proposing and implementing interface prototypes. After their time at Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi, they joined Transdev in 2018, where they served as the responsible vehicle and user experience manager for autonomous vehicles. Currently, since 2020, they are working as a product owner and product manager at Nomadeec.

Thomas Darnaud attended Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Cognitique (ENSC) from 2011 to 2014. During their time at ENSC, they studied various subjects including humanities, human-computer interaction, computer science, knowledge management, project management, artificial intelligence, and ergonomics. Prior to attending ENSC, Thomas Darnaud also studied at DUT GEII Bordeaux from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained a DUT degree in electronics, automation, and biophysics.
