Xavier Maurin has had extensive work experience in various roles and industries. From 2002 to 2009, they worked as a Software Manager at Lectra. In 2013, they co-founded KSTRATEGY, where they served as a Co-founder and UX Consultant. At KSTRATEGY, they focused on helping technology companies integrate user experience (UX) into their innovation and design processes. In 2014, Xavier Maurin co-founded Exelus and served as a CEO and Co-founder. The company aimed to create new user experiences for health professionals through cutting-edge technologies and a user-centered design approach. Additionally, they were the former CEO and Co-founder of Nomadeec, a telemedicine division of Enovacom. Xavier Maurin's work experience showcases their expertise in software management, UX consulting, and healthcare technology innovation.

Xavier Maurin completed their education in two institutions. From 1999 to 2002, they attended ENSEIRB-MATMECA and obtained a degree in Engineering with a specialization in Computer and Information Sciences. Later, they pursued a Certificat "finance pour managers" in the field of Finance, général at emlyon business school, which was completed in 2020.
