David brings over 3 decades of Information Technology experience in both the public and private sectors. His background as an Enterprise Architect enables him to reach across technological silos to design, implement and test IT solutions to meet business objectives and needs. He is also skilled at taking a step back from the technology and applying a “does this make sense test” to ensure that the requirements are not only met, but are satisfied in a way that meets the scalability, availability and manageability requirements of both the business and technical users of a solution. His technical background allows him to lead from the front, while his business background allows him to understand the business leadership’s perspective.
