Stephanie Lopes

Stephanie Lopes is currently the Head of People & Performance at Nomah. Stephanie has a long and successful history in Human Resources, dating back to their time as an HR Manager at The Kraft Heinz Company from February 2017 to December 2020. Stephanie was also a Co-Founder at BemVendi from January 2015 to January 2017, where they were responsible for HR, product development, and sales. Stephanie has also held positions as a Business Development Manager at Inmetrics from January 2014 to May 2015, and as a Co-Founder at Gentix from April 2012 to January 2014.

Stephanie Lopes has a background in leadership and design, having completed a "Leadership by Design" program at Stanford Continuing Studies. Stephanie also holds an MBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in Gestão Estratégica de Serviços, and a degree in Administração de empresas from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. Stephanie also has a certification from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul in Profissional Adaptável: Inteligência emocional, finanças pessoais e liderança, as well as a certification from Kaplan International English in their English Language Program.

Stephanie Lopes works with Caroline Cinchetto Deltorto - Head of Implementation, Nino Palermo - Head of Product & Tech, and Marcus Petroski - Head of Civil Engineering. Their manager is Thomaz Guz, Founder & CEO.
