Blake Morgan

Flight Test Consultant

Blake Morgan is a Technical SETA at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Tactical Technology Office, where they have been contributing since 2025. Previously, Blake served as the Chief Test Engineer for the 40th Flight Test Squadron, and held various roles including Lead F-16 Flight Test Engineer and Autonomy Flight Commander. Their experience includes positions at the Air Force Research Laboratory and the 412th Test Wing, along with a stint as an F-35 Flight Test Engineer. Blake earned a Bachelor of Science in Astronautical Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy and two Master's degrees in Astronautical Engineering and Flight Test Engineering.
