Dan Hake

Dan Hake is currently the Head of Federal Strategy at Nominal, a position held since 2025. Previously, Dan served as the Senior Advisor to the Chief Digital and AI Officer at the United States Department of Defense from 2021 to 2025, and as the Director for Defense Programs at Primer.ai from 2019 to 2021. With extensive experience in program management, Dan held roles as Senior Program Manager at Research Innovations Incorporated and Senior Technical Project Manager at Opower. Dan earned a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from the University of Virginia - Darden Graduate School of Business Administration. Additionally, Dan has experience as a Consultant with The Boston Consulting Group and as a Lecturer at Johns Hopkins University.
