Max Najork is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in engineering leadership and product development. Currently serving as a Software Engineer at Nominal, Max focuses on creating software that supports hardware scalability for leading tech companies. Previously, as Head of Engineering at Radiant AI, Max played a pivotal role in establishing the startup's observability tooling for LLM-powered products, successfully securing MongoDB as a key partner. At Chronosphere, Max managed engineering teams during a significant company expansion, overseeing critical product development and migration projects. Earlier in a decade-long tenure at Palantir Technologies, Max advanced through various roles, including Development Team Lead, where responsibilities included building observability infrastructure and leading a team that implemented Palantir Foundry for United Airlines. Max holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Michigan.
