Sidharth Pal has a diverse work experience spanning from 2014 to 2021. From 2014 to 2016, they were a System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, where they managed multiple Big Data (Hadoop) clusters and saved 20+ work hours by enabling automated central server administration. From 2016 to 2018, they were an Analyst at Accenture, where they spearheaded a team of 5 members for project-wide implementation of automated configuration push and vertical scaling workflows. From 2018 to 2020, they were a Senior Developer at Standard Chartered GBS, where they automated resource allocation and deployment (job) scheduling workflows and saved 10+ workhours per week. Since 2020, they have been a Deep Learning Engineer at Nomitri. Additionally, they have also completed a Master Thesis on Deep Learning at SAP, where they automated product-cataloguing with efficient-neural architectural search and multi-task learning, and achieved 8% better results than existing ML solutions.

Sidharth Pal obtained a Bachelor of Technology - BTech in Electrical engineering from Odisha University of Technology and Research between 2010 and 2014. Sidharth then obtained a Master's degree in Software Engineering for Industrial Applications from Hochschule Hof, University of Applied Sciences between 2019 and 2021.
