Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Canada, Nomodic is an environment, community, and technology driven integrated construction firm, specializing in prefabricated building systems and projects, focused on leaving things better for our people, communities, planet, and industry.

Nomodic offers innovative and flexible modular and prefabricated construction solutions from concept to completion, or any stage in between. We build timely and sustainable spaces that strengthen and connect our communities, including affordable & Indigenous housing, resorts & hotels, seniors & student accommodations, commercial & industrial buildings, and more.

Our integrated construction process provides continuity and combines the materials, components, partners, and processes that best match the needs of every building project, site, and client. Leveraging our extensive network of pre-qualified partners across North America, Nomodic’s process unlocks capacity and offers unrivaled flexibility in fabrication location, methods, and materials. Our expert quality control personnel bring an extra and independent level of inspection in comparison to an owner contracting directly with a fabricator.

Nomodic is also one of Canada’s largest specialized construction management firms dedicated solely to modular and offsite construction. From 1000+ person remote workforce camps, to multifamily properties, to commercial buildings and more, our construction services team serves a variety of industries including commercial, residential, space rental, energy/oil & gas, minerals & metals, forestry, and more.

Whether guiding projects from concept to completion or helping with a single phase such as installation, Nomodic offers a true 'one-stop shop' for building and construction services solutions. With a focus on sustainability, alignment, communication, and custom-tailored design, we contribute to the shared success of our clients, partners, communities, and stakeholders.
