Real Estate Design is normally secondary to overall investment and construction decisions. Designers usually find themselves compromising design quality due to short term economic factors.

Nomos joins RE projects not only as design consultant, but also as investor. By partnering with established RE Developers, we are in the perfect position to add value to the investment through high-end design and preconstruction strategy.

The team at Nomos is proudly formed by designers that have developed Design and Real Estate skills at companies as prestigious as Foster + Partners, KPF and JPMorgan. This unique background combined with our commitment to excellence has made our vision possible: to disrupt Real Estate Design forever.
