Tom Pilling

Tom Pilling has over 23 years of experience in acquiring, risk management, and fraud prevention within the payments ecosystem. They have held various significant roles, including Chief Risk Officer at Trust Payments and Global Head of Merchant Risk at Nomupay, where they currently oversee global merchant risk portfolios. Previously, Tom contributed to the development of fraud prevention teams at Paysafe Group and served as a Subject Matter Expert at Featurespace. They began their career in customer service roles and possess multiple qualifications, including a Financial Crime Prevention Diploma from Manchester Business School.
