Paul Phillips has over 16 years of experience in account management and project management roles. Currently serving as the Head of Account Management and General Manager at NoMuda VisualFactory since December 2017, Paul previously worked at NFU Mutual from January 2007 to November 2017, where responsibilities included leading the business readiness and adoption for CRM implementation as a CRM Project Manager, in addition to roles as Product Development Project Manager and Counter Fraud Controller. Paul holds a BA Hons in English Studies from Nottingham Trent University, earned between 1995 and 1998, and A Levels from Alcester Grammar School, completed in 1995.
