Misae Nishimura

Misae Nishimura is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data management and IT risk within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Vice President at Nomura since February 2020 in the Chief Data Office, Misae previously held several Vice President roles at Morgan Stanley from April 2002 to January 2020, including IT Risk Officer, where responsibilities encompassed regulatory compliance, information security, project management, and governance related to software development life cycle and regulatory changes. Misae also managed Securities Lending and Repo Production Management in Asia, was an integral part of various production management teams across Fixed Income, Equity, Operations, and Finance, and successfully established offshore teams in India and Brazil to support business flow.
