Mukesh Kumar

Mukesh Kumar is a seasoned finance professional with over a decade of experience at Nomura, currently serving as Vice President in Private Credit since February 2012, focusing on non-recourse back leverage, warehouse financing, and managing macro risk of the loan book. Previously, Mukesh held the position of Vice President in Structuring, where responsibilities included modeling, structuring, pricing, and risk analysis of structured products, along with pitching hedge and cost reduction ideas. Mukesh also served as an Associate in Structuring and an Analyst in Risk Management, working on independent amount evaluations and scenario analysis for derivatives. Prior to Nomura, Mukesh worked as a Quant Analyst in Trading at Axiom Capital Advisors, contributing to the development of high-frequency trading algorithms. Mukesh holds a Master's degree in Industrial Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
