Stephen Lamb

Stephen Lamb is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in financial services, currently serving as the Global Head of Credit Technology and EMEA Head of Credit Technology at Nomura since April 2011. With a focus on developing global front office trading, risk, data analytics, and regulatory solutions, Stephen is responsible for technology strategy and infrastructure, driving digital transformation, and fostering a DevOps culture. Prior to Nomura, Stephen held several senior roles at Deutsche Bank, including Team Leader of the Quantitative Business Analysis Group, where significant contributions were made to risk management projects. Additionally, Stephen has consulted for prestigious clients at Tessella and worked as a Statistical Modeller at Syngenta. Stephen holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London and has advanced degrees in Financial Engineering and Chemical Engineering.
