Naheed Javaid

Naheed Javaid currently serves as Chief of Staff to the CEO at Nomyx, starting in June 2023, where notable accomplishments include orchestrating a comprehensive tech summit and collaborating on marketing initiatives. Previously, Naheed held the position of Director of Operations at Radair, leading the development of an internal CRM to improve operational transparency. As Co-Founder and Operations Director at Bairback Solutions, Naheed addressed global supply chain challenges and enhanced customer service through cryptocurrency node assembly. Naheed also managed surgical schedules as Clinic Manager at Sono Bello, achieving record sales and receiving multiple awards. Early experience includes a sales role at Neiman Marcus Group, where extraordinary customer service and sales goals were surpassed, and a clinical rotation at Methodist Charlton Hospital, which laid a foundation in nursing and hospital operations. Naheed holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at Arlington and further education from Zero To Mastery Academy.
