NTFP-EP is a regional organization with 21 members and over 100 partner organizations in South and Southeast Asia whose mission is to act as catalyst in empowering local organizations that work with forest dependent communities towards sustainable maangement of forested landscapes and ecosystems. NTFP-EP promotes and supports the recognition and realization of the rights of indigenous peoples and local communities to food, sustainable livelihood, safe environment, cultural dignity and identity and gender equality
