NonProfitConnect enhances the impact of greater Mercer County nonprofits by building an increasingly diverse, skilled, and engaged group of board and staff leaders. Through strengthening governance practices and leadership capacity, we help nonprofits maximize the impact of their programming for the communities they serve.

Through our highly-acclaimed BoardConnect program, we recruit talented professionals who are interested in nonprofit board service. This four-part training series ensures that emerging and seasoned leaders are fully equipped to support and grow organizations whose missions align with their personal passions.

Our LeadershipConnect, program provides training, professional development, and support to nonprofit board and staff leaders. They learn best practices from top experts, on topics ranging from board development to succession planning.

NonProfitConnect's valued funding partners include the Princeton Area Community Foundation and the Bunbury Fund, as well as private donors and corporate foundation partners.
