Eddie Docherty

Eddie Docherty is an experienced recruitment professional with a diverse background in legal, IT, and digital recruitment. From August 2003 to September 2009, Eddie served as a Legal Recruiter and Team Leader at Hammond Resources/Rise Group, specializing in placing legal professionals across Scotland. Following this, from July 2013 to February 2019, Eddie was an IT Recruitment Consultant at NonStop Recruitment, focusing on the digital sector for various clients, including startups and large pharmaceutical companies. At Thomas Ren Associates Ltd, where Eddie held the position of Senior Information Technology Recruiter from February 2019 to December 2024, the focus was on IT roles, eventually transitioning to the renewable energy sector in the last 7 months. Eddie also worked at HR Consultancy as a Senior Consultant in Web and E-Commerce from October 2009 to June 2012, recruiting for digital talent across Scotland. Currently, Eddie is engaged with NonStop Consulting and Stryker as a Talent Acquisition Consultant and Talent Acquisition Business Partner, respectively.
