Heather Stallmach is a consultant specializing in project, programme, and portfolio management, as well as training development and delivery, facilitation, coaching, and change management. Heather led process improvement initiatives as a Process Improvement Manager at AXA New Zealand from 2003 to 2007 and served as a Programme Manager at AMP New Zealand from 2007 to 2008. Additionally, Heather worked as a Project Manager contractor for Gisborne District Council from 2013 to 2017.
