Sarwar Ron

Sarwar Ron is the CEO of NoobFeed. Sarwar was previously the Senior Manager at Hyundai Construction Equipment Company from April 2014 to June 2019. Sarwar is responsible for all types of correspondence and coordination, forecasting sales goals and objectives for the sales team, managing and monitoring daily activity of the sales team and service staff to ensure sales volume and productivity goals are met, developing effective sales staff by communicating expected performance standards, monitoring performance, identifying development needs, coaching, motivating and mentoring, conducting and leading regular sales staff meetings, working directly with the Senior General Manager for strategic planning and sales promotions, on-going customer engagement and communication, responding to customers concerns to ensure full resolution, conducting participation in tenders at Govt. and Non Govt. tenders and maintaining liaison with the decision making authorities, standardization of products in Bangladesh Military and ensuring participation in tenders, overseeing Supply Chain and Commercial teams’ activities for smooth operation, overseeing daily operations of the business unit, ensuring the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business, coordinating the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports, ensuring the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives, engaging in key or targeted customer activities, and overseeing key hiring and talent development programs.

Sarwar Ron's educational career began with him attending college at Rajshahi Cadet College where they studied science. Sarwar then went on to attend Independent University, Bangladesh where they received a graduate degree in computer science and management information system. Finally, they received an MBA in marketing from the same school.
