Randy Rayess is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in technology and marketing. As a co-founder of Outgrow.co since December 2015, Randy has developed a growth marketing platform enabling marketers to create interactive content without custom design or development. In 2012, Randy co-founded VenturePact, an invite-only marketplace connecting companies with vetted software development firms. Additionally, Randy has invested in several innovative startups, including SmartyPAL, Nooch, and ALICE, focusing on personalized learning, mobile payments, and enhancing the hotel guest experience. Previous roles include private equity analyst at Silver Lake Partners and product optimization analyst at Ampush Media, complemented by a solid educational background with a Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School.
