We build and invest in ventures powered by AI agents with HITL — where intelligent systems handle complex workflows, make decisions, and take action. We back founders building human-in-the-loop AI that combines machine intelligence with human expertise.

Every company we build or back is designed with unit economics and capital efficiency from day one. Because the best opportunities rarely respect national borders, we bring multi-jurisdictional thinking to every venture we touch.

What We Do? We partner with exceptional founders at the earliest stages

Who We Work With? We partner with founders who understand that the most powerful AI systems keep humans in the decision-making loop. Our ideal founders are building tools that make experts more effective, not tools that eliminate expertise.

How We Work?
Discovery: We get to know your vision, technology, and team dynamics through in-depth conversations

Partnership: We move quickly on conviction, providing term sheets within days for the right opportunities

Launch: Post-investment, we roll up our sleeves to help with GTM strategy, hiring, and customer intros

Growth: We support your journey from first customer to Series A and beyond with our network and expertise

What is an Agentic AI Venture? Noodle Investments is an agentic AI venture built from the ground up around autonomous AI systems — where intelligent agents handle complex workflows, make decisions with expert gateways and take actions to achieve goals, rather than just generating content or answering questions. Every venture we build or back is designed with this operating model at its core.

What geography do you cover? While we're based in the US, we invest globally and work with founders wherever they are. We bring multi-jurisdictional thinking to every venture — understanding that the best opportunities rarely respect national borders.

How hands-on are you? Very. We take board seats or observer rights and work closely with founders on strategy.
