Jason Simon, MBA, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in organizational leadership, continuous improvement, and performance management. Having served in various senior roles within the US Navy, including Executive Officer and Director of Tactical Development, they successfully enhanced operational efficiencies and led significant initiatives that resulted in improved team performance and customer satisfaction. Currently, as the Director of Expeditionary Products at Nooks and previously the CEO of 5S Technology, Jason focuses on leveraging data to foster organizational growth and performance. Jason is pursuing an MBA at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and specializing in Executive Leadership Coaching at Georgetown University.
