Sean Blackman

Sean Blackman has a wealth of work experience spanning from 2007 to 2021. In 2007, they began their career in the US Navy as a Product Manager and Program Manager for Naval Air Forces, an F/A-18 Instructor Pilot, and a Navy Fighter Pilot. In 2018, they co-founded Force Readiness Analytics Group (FRAG) and served as the Chief Product Officer. In this role, they were responsible for leading the creation and implementation of predictive and prescriptive models and products using Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. Sean grew the organization from scratch to 20+ Project Managers, Data Scientists, and Data Analysts within a two year period. In 2019, they joined Facebook as a Data Analytics Manager, Anti-Misinformation Operations, where they led a team of Data Analysts and Project Managers. In the same year, they also participated in BreakLine Education. In 2021, they became Co-Founder and CEO of Nooks LLC and an Advisory Board Member for Law Enforcement Connect. Sean also participated in Elite Meet in 2018.

Sean Blackman attended the United States Naval Academy from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering. Sean then went on to attend the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2007 to 2009, where they earned a Master of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering.
