Eric Cheng

Eric Cheng currently serves as General Counsel at Noom since September 2021, previously holding the position of Associate General Counsel for Corporate and Product. Prior to Noom, Eric was the Director of Legal at Mixpanel, overseeing corporate governance and customer contracts. Eric's legal career includes experience as an Associate at Cooley LLP, where assistance was provided to high-growth technology firms through various stages, including IPOs, and as a Corporate Associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, focused on transaction document negotiations and deal closings in M&A and capital markets. Eric Cheng earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Asian Studies, and Chinese Language and Literature from the University of California, Berkeley, with additional education from The Wharton School and Fudan University.
