Lucy Lin is an accomplished Lead UX Researcher at Noom since March 2022, focusing on transformative user insights for Noom Weight and Noom Mood by integrating AI technology and enhancing user experience. Previously, as a Senior UX Researcher at Noom, Lucy was the first user researcher for the Noom Mood product, developing features aimed at improving mental wellness through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Prior experience at Procter & Gamble included roles as a Senior Product & UX Researcher, where Lucy led innovation projects and collaborated with international teams, and as a Product Researcher specializing in advancements for the GilletteLabs brand. Lucy's diverse background also includes a six-month assignment as an R&D Manufacturing Manager, optimizing production processes. A co-developer and patent holder of a computer modeling method for product design inspections, Lucy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Binghamton University.
