Michael Lanni

Michael Lanni is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people operations, talent acquisition, and organizational development. Currently serving as Senior Director and Head of People Experience at Noom since July 2022, Michael leads a team that focuses on business partnering, performance management, talent development, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). Prior to Noom, Michael held several leadership roles at Trustpilot, including Head of People, US, where responsibilities included developing strategies for talent operations and acting as a global HR partner. Michael's earlier experience encompasses senior HR positions at Shutterstock, Cognizant, J.P. Morgan, and Advantage Resourcing, across various sectors including technology and finance. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Iona University.
