Sharon Binger is the Managing Director, Chief Compliance Officer, and Head of Litigation at Silver Lake, a position held since 2017. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Sharon served as the Regional Director for the Philadelphia Regional Office and Assistant Regional Director in the Enforcement Division at the US Securities and Exchange Commission from 2008 to 2016. Sharon began their legal career as a Senior Litigation Associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, where they worked from 2001 to 2008. In addition to current roles, Sharon serves as a Board Member at Noom, starting in 2023. Sharon holds a BA from Northwestern University and a law degree from Duke University School of Law.
