We are noomi. We believe every girl has the right to understand her body and mind, and to build confidence for life from that knowledge.

We are building a digital health literacy app for pre-teens and teens: cycle tracking, puberty education, mood logging and anonymous expert Q&A. Because a period is a vital sign, not a source of shame or confusion.

Girls are rarely taught how their bodies work. We are closing that gap with content that is clinically reviewed and privacy first by design, starting with cycle and body literacy, and building toward the emotional and mental side of puberty too.

By providing this for today's teens, we shape the future of women's health for generations to come.

Our MVP is in testing with pre-teen and teen girls across Germany, Sweden and the Netherlands. The app is available in German and English. Based in Berlin, starting in the DACH region.

Systemic gaps are not closed alone. We would love to connect with:
→ Schools, paediatricians, gynaecologists and other healthcare providers
→ Health insurers and organisations working in prevention
→ Femcare and period care brands
→ NGOs and youth organisations working with and for girls and teens
→ Researchers and academics in adolescent health and health literacy
→ Parents of girls aged 11 to 15 curious about what we are building
