Maximo Hucklesby

Maximo Hucklesby is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in logistics and fulfillment management. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at noon since February 2020, Maximo oversees a vast business unit comprising multiple fulfillment and logistics centers, leading the launch of five fulfillment centers and managing extensive warehouse capacity. Prior to noon, Maximo held various roles at Amazon from 2014 to 2019, including Regional Manager for Saudi Arabia and Senior Operations Manager within a London fulfillment center, where significant operational efficiencies were achieved. Earlier experience includes technical consulting for BAE Systems Saudi Arabia, focusing on a high-value ammunition processing facility, and serving as a commissioned officer in the British Army, overseeing logistics operations across multiple global locations.
