Justine Hölzer

Justine Hölzer began their work experience in 2014 at Badeparadies Schwarzwald TN GmbH as a Gästebetreuung. Justine held this role until 2019. In 2019, they completed a Praxissemester im Lean-Management at SIMONA Group. From 2020 to 2023, they served as the Head of Engineering at noonee. Currently, they are working as a Projektmanagerin Produktion at CeramTec – Die Keramik-Experten, starting in May 2023.

Justine Hölzer completed their education in the field of Biomechanics at Offenburg University of Applied Sciences, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they studied Medizintechnik at the same university from 2014 to 2016, although they did not receive a specific degree during that time.
