Tanja Klein

Tanja Klein is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources spanning from 1989 to present. Currently serving as HR-businesspartner at Noordhoff since January 2025, Tanja previously held the position of HR-adviseur at Humanitas DMH from May 2023 to January 2025. Tanja’s extensive career includes roles as HR Consultant at Villeroy & Boch Wellness, where responsibilities included a blend of policy and operational HR activities. Earlier positions include Personnel Officer at both LPF Flexible Packaging bv and GLS Netherlands, where Tanja was instrumental in establishing and managing HR functions. Initial HR experience began as an Intercedent at Randstad and as a public relations officer at the Kamer van Koophandel Groningen. Tanja's education includes HRM courses through NCOI Opleidingen and Wessel Gansfort College.
