Phat L.

Phat L. has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies.

In 2016, Phat worked as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Jaguar Land Rover, where they collaborated with the innovation team to identify and invest in smart mobility startups. During this time, they also launched their venture called Sleeker, a workflow management software for auto repair shops. Phat served as the Co-Founder and CEO of Sleeker until April 2018 and later continued as the Chairman until February 2019. In 2017, Phat received the Thiel Fellowship from Peter Thiel and used the grant to further their work at Sleeker. The Thiel Fellowship is awarded to young individuals involved in scientific research, venture-backed startups, or social movements.

More recently, in 2020, Phat founded Noots, a consumer biotech company that aims to provide health products to Millennials and Gen-Z for optimal health and disease prevention. The company focuses on discovering new nootropic compounds and making them accessible and affordable to the general public.

Phat L. completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 2012 to 2015.
