Sofia Bronzoni

Sofia Bronzoni is a results-oriented professional with extensive experience in change management and training, currently serving as the Head of Change Management & Training at Noovle since July 2013. In this role, Sofia has effectively led technology adoption and digital transformation projects for a diverse range of clients and internal departments. With a strong background in collaborating with various teams to strategize and implement change initiatives, Sofia’s previous experience includes positions as a Change Manager & Trainer for GSuite, Assistant Event Planner for AOIFE, and an intern at Comune di Modena, where event planning and project management skills were honed. Sofia holds a Laurea Magistrale in Relazioni Internazionali e Studi Europei from Università degli Studi di Firenze and a Laurea triennale in Scienze internazionali e diplomatiche from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, complemented by international educational experiences in Spain.
