Michael Layne has worked in the customer success and operations industry since 2015. Michael started as a Sales Consultant at Renewal by Andersen in 2015 and then moved to KRON-TV as an Accountant in 2016. In 2018, they joined Kaizen Technology Partners, where they held the roles of Project Manager and Operations Manager. In 2021, they joined nClouds as a Customer Success Manager, and they are currently working in the same role at nOps.io.

Michael Layne completed their Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California, Davis in 1994. Michael then attended the Academy of Art University from 2001 to 2005, but did not receive a degree.
