Paul Engler

Paul Engler is currently the Product/R&D Manager at Nor-Feed, where Paul oversees the R&D strategy for the Nor-Grape range of products. Paul is also responsible for scientific valorization, technical support, and intellectual property management within the company. As a PhD student, their research focuses on creating a method to analyze Nor-Grape grape extract at very small doses in feed samples and studying the effects of supplementation on animal metabolism. Paul has previous experience as a Research Engineer at SONAS Laboratory and has interned at LABORATOIRE NUTERGIA. Paul holds a Research Doctorate in Organism Biology, an MSc in Biology & Nutrition, and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Université d'Angers.
