NORA is an individualized patient monitoring program based on a two-way communication platform between the patient and healthcare professionals. Patients receive individualized health education, have contact via chat/video call, do occupational tele-therapy and telematic control of vascular risk factors. NORA is also a tool for collecting Patient Reported Outcomes (PROMs) and Experience (PREMs) with high degree of fulfilment.
