Todd Welling is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership and digital consultancy. As Chief Strategy Officer and Founder & Group Chairman at Overdose. since May 2016, Todd has spearheaded a consultancy focused on delivering sustainable business outcomes through innovative digital strategies. In addition, Todd serves as Chief Executive Officer at Insurgence, guiding the go-to-market strategy for an AI consultancy, and as Board Advisor for litecard, where support is provided in positioning an omnichannel digital wallet SaaS. Todd is also an Advisory Board Member of the NORA Network and has a robust background including founding eCommistry, New Zealand's fastest-growing commerce execution agency, and leading IT services at UBS across the APAC region. Todd holds a BSc (Hons) in Industrial Design from Brunel University of London.
