Stuart G.

Stuart G. currently serves as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at NORAM Engineering & Constructors Ltd., starting in February 2023. Previously, from August 2005 to November 2022, Stuart held various roles at Canfor, including Engineering Manager for Northwood Pulp Mill, where responsibilities included managing a capital program valued at $20 to $40 million annually, and leading engineering initiatives for the Biofuel Development project. Additional roles at Canfor involved special projects and energy management. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Mechanical & Process Engineer at UTG Universaltechnik Industrial Anlagenbau GmbH in Austria, focused on optimizing pharmaceutical process plants. Stuart holds a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from McGill University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of British Columbia. In a volunteer capacity, Stuart served as President and Past President of the Prince George Ski Club between June 2012 and June 2021.
