Ronghua Lu

Ronghua Lu is a Senior Process Scientist at Noramco, specializing in chemical development and optimization processes for pharmaceutical intermediates and APIs. With extensive experience in FDA cGMP, R&D in multi-step organic synthesis, and the development of fluorinated silicone oil products, they have contributed to the field from various roles, including as a Process Development Chemist at Siegfried (USA) and a Synthetic Organic Chemist at Allweys LLC. Ronghua holds a Master's degree in Synthetic Organic Chemistry from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Nankai University. Their career began as a Research Assistant at the University of Georgia, where they worked on synthesizing Clathrin-like dendrimers.
