Daniel Bergström

Daniel Bergström has a diverse work experience spanning from 2005 to 2021. Daniel co-founded Norban in 2019 and currently holds the position of Co-founder and Investor. Prior to that, they worked at Implement Consulting Group as a Partner from 2012 to 2020, where they specialized in strategy, M&A, and innovation consulting. Before that, they held the role of Sales & Business Development Manager at Concha y Toro from 2010 to 2012, leading successful negotiations with major hotel and restaurant chains. Daniel also gained valuable experience as a Senior Project Manager at Exportrådet from 2007 to 2010, exceeding sales budgets and contributing to the development of profitable projects. Additionally, they worked as a Sales Manager at Tele2 in 2007, where they exceeded sales targets and played a key role in finding and implementing new sales channels. At If P&C Insurance, Daniel co-founded an insurance franchise, managed a team of over 30 employees, and successfully implemented new processes and systems resulting in increased sales revenue and profitability from 2005 to 2007.

Daniel Bergström completed their education in a chronological manner. In 2001, they enrolled at Uppsala University and pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Daniel successfully completed their undergraduate studies in this field in 2006. During the same period, they also pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Commercial law from Uppsala University, completing it in 2006 as well.

In 2019, they furthered their education by attending the MIT Sloan School of Management. Here, they completed an Executive Education program focused on The Innovator's DNA. This particular program was a short-term course that they completed within the same year.
