Following that, Engberg held various positions at Ainsworth Engineered, including Finishing and Shipping Team Leader and Production Team Leader from April 2014 to September 2015. Between 2006 and 2010, Engberg was Plant Manager at Abzac Canada, Fort Frances Division. Most recently, Engberg was with Norbord as Production Team Leader and Special Projects Team Leader in December 2016, focusing on the conversion of the mill to bar code technology.
