Matt Harris has over 25 years of experience in manufacturing engineering and operations. Matt has held various managerial roles in different companies, including Norcold LLC, Flowserve Corporation, Ingersoll Rand, Vibracoustic North America, L.P., National Tube Form, and Morrill Motors.
At Norcold LLC, Matt served as the Manager of Operations & Manufacturing Engineering, where they led the closure of the company's plants and managed the transfer of production assets and raw materials to another facility in Europe. Matt also oversaw the liquidation of remaining assets at other facilities.
Prior to that, Matt held the position of Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering at Norcold, where they provided day-to-day leadership for maintenance and manufacturing engineering departments, managed capital spending and budgeting, and led process improvement activities.
At Flowserve Corporation, Matt was the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, responsible for providing leadership to maintenance and manufacturing engineering departments. Matt also managed maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) purchasing and inventory management and supervised operations-related capital spending.
During their tenure at Ingersoll Rand, Matt served as a Lean Six Sigma Manager, responsible for the development and execution of multi-million dollar projects. Matt also contributed to new product development, managed assembly processes, and implemented continuous improvement initiatives.
At Vibracoustic North America, L.P., Matt worked as a Manufacturing Engineer, where they were responsible for daily engineering of assembly processes and the introduction of new product developments for Honda and Nissan.
Matt also had experience as a Process Improvement Engineer at Ingersoll Rand, Manufacturing Engineer at National Tube Form, and Manufacturing Engineer at Morrill Motors. In these roles, they were involved in process optimization, equipment operation training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Matt Harris began their education at Fairview High School, attending from 1987 to 1991 and graduating with a diploma. Matt then went on to ITT Technical Institute, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Automated Manufacturing Technology from 1991 to 1994.
In addition to their formal education, Matt Harris also obtained a certification in Six Sigma Black Belt from Ingersoll Rand in May 2002.
