Damien Croft

Damien Croft, MBA, has extensive experience in sales and management within the technology and connector industries. Currently serving as General Manager at NorComp since August 2015, Damien has held several roles including Director of Sales and Global Account Manager. Prior experience includes Head of Sales at EDAC Connectors, where responsibility involved leading sales teams to enhance revenue for I/O products in the EMEA region. Prior to that, Damien held multiple sales positions at MH Connectors and worked as a self-employed driving instructor. Damien earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Roehampton between 2014 and 2016.
